Cristiano Ronaldo’s Private Jet spotted in Manchester

Cristiano Ronaldo has caused a stir online after his private jet was spotted at Manchester Airport, sparking speculation about a potential return to Manchester United. The jet, a £61 million Bombardier Global Express 6500, is decorated with Ronaldo’s CR7 logo and his famous goal celebration. It arrived in Manchester, the city where Ronaldo has enjoyed two successful stints as a player.

Manchester Airport’s social media account shared a post about the arrival of the jet, accompanied by love heart and eyes emojis. However, it is unclear whether Ronaldo was on board when the jet landed in the city.

It seems unlikely that Ronaldo was present, as the Al-Nassr captain had played in the Saudi Pro League match against Al-Ahli on Thursday, starting the game before being substituted in the second half. Ronaldo is also set to play in Al-Nassr’s AFC Champions League match against Persepolis FC in Tehran on Monday.

Despite this, the sight of his jet in Manchester led to excitement among United fans on social media, with many speculating that Ronaldo could be returning to the club for a third spell. One fan joked, “I hope he is coming to buy Man United,” while another added, “He is coming for the one last dance.”

Ronaldo’s first spell at United was hugely successful, winning his first Ballon d’Or in 2008, before he returned in 2021. His second stint at Old Trafford, however, ended on a sour note after a public disagreement with manager Erik ten Hag. This led to Ronaldo’s contract being terminated following a controversial interview.

Despite the bitter end to his second spell, Ronaldo recently suggested he could help turn Manchester United’s fortunes around. At the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards, he said that the problem at United wasn’t the coaches, but deeper issues within the club.

Ronaldo’s comments left many wondering if he could play a role in helping United, especially with his former international teammate Ruben Amorim now managing the club. Amorim, who is also 40, has taken over after Ten Hag’s sacking and has worked with Ronaldo before during their time in the Portugal national team.

The future remains uncertain, but for now, Ronaldo’s jet in Manchester has only added fuel to the fire of speculation.
