D’Tigress know Paris Olympic games opposition
D’Tigress, Nigeria’s women’s basketball team, is set to face tough opposition in the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as revealed by the draw conducted recently.
The draw, which took place at the Patrick Baumann House of Basketball in Mies, Switzerland, placed the African champions in Group B alongside formidable opponents such as Australia, Canada, and the host nation, France.
In Group A, teams include Serbia, Spain, China, and Puerto Rico, while Group C consists of Germany, Japan, Belgium, and the United States.
The basketball event at the Olympics will be hosted at the Decathlon Arena-Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille, where D’Tigress will have to bring their A-game against challenging adversaries in pursuit of Olympic glory.
