Enyimba visit Wolves as Plateau United host Rivers United in rescheduled NPFL fixtures

Enyimba visit Warri Wolves at the Ozoro Poly Stadium in Delta for their rescheduled Matchday 10 fixture on Wednesday, February 3rd. Enyimba missed the original fixture due to their continental commitment in that same period. The People’s Elephant, whose away form this season has not been great, go into the fixture against the relegation-threatened Seasiders knowing that a win would take them back to the summit of the NPFL.

On Wednesday, Rivers United face a daunting trip to the New Jos Stadium where they will be looking to pick up all three points against Plateau United whose inconsistency this season has seen them flirt with the relegation places at times. Rivers United is a club embroiled in an internal turmoil after two of its senior players were suspended by the club, and they have lost their last two league matches without scoring a single goal. They were also knocked out of the CAF Confederation Cup on penalties by Enyimba. Both sides know the other is there for the taking in what promises to be a good match.

Wikki Tourists will play against Dakkada FC on Wednesday at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo in their rescheduled Matchday 11 encounter. The fixture was originally postponed as a result of the bus that conveyed the Wikki players and staff getting burnt on their way to the game. Dakkada come into the game on the back of a huge win over Kano Pillars, as Wikki Tourists were defeated by Abia Warriors last time out.
