Ex-Super Eagles Coach Talks About Victor Osimhen’s Possible Move to Juventus

Former Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro has shared his thoughts on where Victor Osimhen might play next. Peseiro, who worked with Osimhen when he was the Super Eagles coach, believes the Nigerian striker could join a top European club, like Juventus.

Osimhen has played some of his best football under Peseiro, including his standout performances in the AFCON 2023 qualifiers and the tournament, where he helped Nigeria win a silver medal.

In a recent interview, Peseiro was asked about the rumors linking Osimhen to several European clubs. While Osimhen is currently playing for Galatasaray in Turkey, he is expected to move to a bigger club soon. Besides the usual links to Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, there have been reports suggesting a return to Italy, with AC Milan and Juventus being the most interested.

When asked about Juventus’ chances of signing Osimhen, Peseiro said he could see the 25-year-old striker joining the Italian club. “Victor is currently in Turkey, but I believe he could soon move to top clubs like Juventus,” Peseiro told Sports Italia
