Fabrizio Romano says Napoli have agreed Saudi Arabian offer for Victor Osimhen
Napoli are reportedly nearing an agreement with Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli for the transfer of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen per Fabrizio Romano.
The ongoing transfer saga involving Osimhen appears to be reaching its conclusion, with Napoli set to accept a bid from the Saudi Professional League side.
Osimhen, who has a €130 million release clause in his contract, recently submitted a transfer request. With Napoli having secured Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea, the Italian club is eager to offload Osimhen and is prepared to accept an offer well below the quoted release fee.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Al-Ahli has offered a package exceeding €65 million, and Napoli is close to finalizing the details. This move comes after top European clubs like Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain reportedly pulled out of the race for the 25-year-old striker.

While Napoli seems ready to proceed with the deal, Osimhen has set certain conditions before agreeing to the transfer. He is seeking a substantial salary increase, a permanent move (not a loan), and the inclusion of a release clause in the contract. Despite initially being hesitant about a move to Saudi Arabia, Osimhen is now reportedly open to the transfer, provided his demands are met.
Meanwhile, Napoli continues its spending spree, with plans to reinvest the funds from Osimhen’s potential sale. The club has already reached an agreement with Manchester United to sign midfielder Scott McTominay for around €30 million. McTominay, who has one year left on his contract at Old Trafford with an option for an additional year, is in discussions with Napoli over personal terms.
As the transfer window nears its close, all eyes are on whether Napoli and Al-Ahli will finalize the Osimhen deal, and if the Nigerian striker will make a high-profile move to Saudi Arabia.
