Falconets arrive Dar es Salaam for Tanzania clash
Nigeria’s U-20 Women’s team the Falconets have arrived in Dar es Salaam for their FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualification clash vs Tanzania.
As announced by the Nigeria Football Federation [NFF], the Coach Chris Danjuma tutored Falconets are early birds for the game which will take place on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
“Our @thenff sisters, Falconets are in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. What’s your prediction against Tanzania on Sunday??,” the NFF post reads.
The second leg will be at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja, Nigeria on November 19.
For the match officials, Rachel Nzigire from Democratic Republic of Congo will be referee, with Ngarassoum Victorine as assistant referee 1. Rachel’s compatriots Carine Puazi and Carine Ampur will be assistant referee 2 and fourth official respectively, with Christine Ziga from Ghana as match commissioner.
The Falconets have participated at every editions of FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup
The 2024 edition of the competition will be hosted by Colombia from August 31 to September 22.
