Firmino joins new club
Former Liverpool striker Bobby Firmino has joined Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli as a free agent and signed a three year contract.
Firmino’s contract at Liverpool expired this summer , leaving the Brazilian as a free agent to negotiate with clubs per his next move .
There were loads of clubs interest led In signing Firmino but it is Saudi Arabia’s Al Ahli who have won the race and completed the signing of Firmino who is contracted until 2026.
31-year old Roberto Firmino will begin a new chapter in the middle east after enjoying success at Anfield where he made 362 appearances, scoring111 goals, and providing79 assists to help Liverpool win 7 trophies.
Former Chelsea FC goalkeeper Eduoard Mendy is also on the books of All Ahli following his transfer in June.
