Firmino Set To Leave Liverpool As Free Agent

Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino will leave the club at the end of the season as a free agent.

According to reports, the 31-year-old contract is set to expire in the summer and he has told the club of his desire to depart.

Firmino joined Liverpool from Hoffenheim in a deal worth £29 million in 2015.

He went on to form a devastating partnership with Mohammed Salah and Saido Mane which led him to winning seven trophies for Liverpool.

He has however struggled with injury and poor form which has made him lost his starting berth.

The Brazilian forward has scored nine goals for Liverpool this season.

Firmino can boast of Champions League, Premier League, Uefa Super Cup, FIFA World Club Cup, FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Community Shield medals during his seven years at Anfield.

He has also scored 107 goals and provided 78 assists in 353 appearances for Liverpool in all competitions.
