McCollum outshines Lebron as Cavs lose again, Westbrook´s triple-double leads Thunder
CJ Mc Collum was the star of the as Trail Blazers rendered the defending NBA champions the Cleveland Cavaliers to a back-to-back defeats, while Russell Westbrook starred for the Oklahoma City Thunder.
After losing to the Utah Jazz, LeBron James and the Cavs lost 102-86 at the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
Westbrook posted 24 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists in Oklahoma City’s 103-95 victory against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Philadelphia 76ers stunned the New York Knicks on the buzzer, while the Los Angeles Clippers won.
MCCOLLUM SINKS CAVS
CJ McCollum inspired the Trail Blazers, scoring 27 points.
Allen Crabbe had 24 points off the bench against the slumping Cavaliers.
James and his double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds was not enough in Portland.
WESTBROOK POSTS ANOTHER TRIPLE-DOUBLE
With his complete game in Oklahoma City, Westbrook recorded his 18th triple-double of the season.
Westbrook completed his triple-double with a rebound in the fourth quarter.
HARDEN CANNOT STOP TIMBERWOLVES
Despite his 33 points and 12 assists, Harden the Rockets went down to the Timberwolves on the road.
Karl-Anthony Towns’ double-double of 23 points and 18 rebounds complemented Timberwolves team-mate Andrew Wiggins, who led the way with 28 points.
Shabazz Muhammad added 20 points, while Ricky Rubio matched his own franchise record by tallying 17 assists.

MCCONNEL LIFTS 76ERS, THOMAS STARS
T.J. McConnell hit a buzzer-beating jumper to help the 76ers trump the Knicks 98-97, while Thomas posted 38 points in the Celtics’ 117-108 win against the Washington Wizards.
The Clippers, meanwhile, accounted for the Orlando Magic 105-96.
WARRIORS IN ACTION
