Gabe Vincent Outscores Tatum & Brown to take Heat Closer to NBA Finals
Nigeria’s basketball guard, Gabe Vincent, played a pivotal role in Miami Heat’s commanding 128-102 victory over the Boston Celtics in game three of the Eastern Conference finals.
Throughout the season, Vincent has been an outstanding performer for the Heat, but he went a step further against the Celtics on Sunday.
Despite the typically reliable Jimmy Butler struggling to find his rhythm, Vincent stepped up and delivered an exceptional performance that propelled Miami Heat one step closer to the NBA Finals.
Vincent showcased his scoring prowess, amassing an impressive 29 points on an efficient 11-of-14 shooting from the field, including 6-of-9 from beyond the arc.
Notably, he outscored the Celtics’ top options, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, who managed 14 and 12 points, respectively.
With a 3-0 series lead, Miami Heat now need just one more win to secure their spot in the highly anticipated 2023 NBA Finals.
