The head coach of the Nigeria Premier Football League’s Shooting Stars, Gbenga Ogunbote, has expressed his excitement after signing a contract extension with the club.

Under Gbenga Ogunbote’s leadership, the Oluyole Warriors finished 4th last season in the NPFL, showcasing significant progress after a keen race for a continental spot.

After extensive discussions, the deal was finalised, and Ogunbote shared his enthusiasm about the future with the team.

“I am thrilled to announce that I have signed a 2-year contract extension as the head coach of Shooting Stars,” Ogunbote stated. “I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue leading this talented group of athletes, and I am excited about the future we will build together.”
