George stars as Clippers defeats Suns to force Game 6 in Conference Finals
Clippers pick up second ever Conference final win in Franchise history
Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Pho.enix Suns 116-102 in Game 5 of their Western Conference final series to take the scores to 3-2 and force a sixth game with only their second ever win in a Conference final.
Paul George was in inspired form as he led the scoring, contributing 41 points with 13 rebounds and 6 assists for the Los Angeles Clippers in the game. Reggie Jackson also contributed 23 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assists, and Marcus Morris Sr contributed 22 points with 3 rebounds and 2 assists in the game. Devin Booker scored 31 points for the Phoenix Suns in the clash as well.
Both sides will do battle again in a decisive Game 6 of the Western Conference finals on Thursday, with a win for either side having important ramifications for them.
