The Chief Magistrate, Paul Goldspring, also said it appears Partey is now playing in Spain.
“I understand he’s no longer employed in this country and playing in Spain now,” Goldspring said.
Reports suggest Partey may be joining Villarreal.
Next Court Date Set for September
Partey is expected to appear again in court at the Old Bailey on September 2.
The 32-year-old Ghanaian international is facing:
-
Five charges of rape
-
One charge of sexual assault
The accusations involve three different women.
