Atlanta Hawks defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 128-124 in the first game of their NBA Conference semifinals to take an early advantage in Round 2 of the NBA playoffs. Trae Young led the scoring for the Atlanta Hawks as he recorded 35 points with 2 rebounds and 10 assists to propel his side to victory against the side that finished the regular season seeded 1st in the Eastern Conference.
In the final Round 1 match, Luka Doncic’s 46-point contribution was not enough to prevent a sensational comeback from the Los Angeles Clippers, who won Game 7 of their NBA playoff series 126-111 to finish the series as 4-3 winners after losing the first two games of the series.
