He received information from Osimhen’ – Pundit reveals Galatasaray’s interest in Aina

Turkish journalist Mehmet Özcan has shared new details about the growing rumours linking Nigerian fullback Ola Aina to Turkish club Galatasaray. He also mentioned that Victor Osimhen might have played a role in Aina’s potential move.

Aina has been impressive for Nottingham Forest in the Premier League, showing strong defensive skills and contributing in attack. So far, he has scored two goals in 20 league games this season.

With Aina’s contract ending at the end of the season, he will be a free agent in the summer unless he signs a new deal. This has led to interest from top clubs, including Manchester City and Galatasaray, who are looking to replace Elias Jelert for next season.

Speaking to Sabah via Habersarikirmizi, Özcan explained that Aina is interested in joining Galatasaray and has already spoken to his fellow Nigerian international, Victor Osimhen, about the move.

“He received information from Osimhen about Galatasaray. The conditions will be tough, but he is positive about wearing the Galatasaray jersey,” Özcan said.

If the move happens, it will strengthen Galatasaray’s squad and defence for next season.
