Warri Wolves bounced back from their thrashing at the hand of Lobi Stars by beating Katsina United 3-0. Daniel Mark, Tega Ebetomame and Uche Ihuarulam scored the goals.
Heartland defeated Enyimba 2-0 in the Oriental derby thanks to goals from Adachie Emmanuel and Shedrack Oghali. It was Heartland’s first points of the season.
