The Super Falcons are one goal up in Pinatar Arena, Murcia in their friendly game against Canada after a lovely Desire Oparanozie strike put the African champions up.

The first forty-five minutes against the world number 5 Canada lived up to its billing but it was Nigeria through Desire Oparanozie who comfortably led proceedings in Spain.

Her 26th minute strike off a good pass from Uchenna Kanu helped the Africa champions take end the first 45 minutes on top.
