Ibom Angels FC Thrash Sporting Angels 17-0 to Progress in President Federation Cup
Ibom Angels FC, famously known as the Orange Ladies, delivered a stunning 17-0 victory over Sporting Angels FC in their Round of 32 match at Enyimba Stadium, Aba on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
The commanding win saw Ibom Angels storm into the Round of 16 of the President Federation Cup, showing their dominance in a one-sided encounter.
Captain Abasiofon Uwah was the standout performer, netting an impressive six goals. Ijeoma also shone brightly, contributing five goals to the scoreline. Jumbo added another goal, while Raheem Ayishat and Victory Jacob each scored twice. Eyitemi completed the tally with one goal, and an own goal from Sporting Angels sealed a comprehensive victory for the Uyo-based side.
