Iheanacho, Ndidi linked with Premier League return

Super Eagles of Nigeria players Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi have been linked with a return to the English Premier League before the current transfer window ends.

Both players have been instrumental to Leicester City’s 100% start to life in the English Championship but are heavily tipped to dump the Foxes and head back to the Premier League.

For striker Kelechi Iheanacho, Wolverhampton Wanderers are in hot pursuit alongside Crystal Palace who are reportedly set to make a deadline day bid for the Leicester City man.

With his experience in the Premier League, having represented Manchester City until 2017 and Leicester City till the relegation last season, Wolves and Palace are comfortable with having Iheanacho solve their goal-scoring crisis.

Wilfred Ndidi on his part has already agreed personal terms with Nottingham Forest.

The defensive midfielder now waits for the outcome of negotiations between Leicester City and Nottingham Forest to complete his return to the Premier League.

If he joins Forest , Ndidi will have no problem settling in with the club already home to three Super Eagles players, Taiwo Awoniyi, Ola Aina and Emmanuel Dennis.
