Iheanacho strike against Palace named Leicester City goal of the season

Nigeria striker Kelechi Iheanacho has been awarded Leicester City’s goal of the year at the club’s end of the year awards ceremony for his rocket against Crystal Palace in the English Premier League at the King Power Stadium.

The goal was scored by Iheanacho after a long ball over the top from Johnny Evans found the striker in space and he controlled calmly before cutting onto his stronger left foot and firing an unstoppable effort into the roof of the net that left Palace keeper Vincente Guaita rooted to the spot.
