Insurance vs Kwara United: I will only respect my former team – Tamara Ezekiel
says he is only focused on beating Kwara United
Bendel Insurance midfielder, Tamara Ezekiel says he will only respect his former team, Kwara United when they clash at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin on Saturday.
Tamara Ezekiel, who left Kwara United to Shooting Stars before joining Bendel Insurance at the beginning of this season says he will do everything to help his team beat the former side.
“As a professional, there should be a form of respect to Kwara United and I have it for them. It’s a football game and I’m currently a player of Bendel Insurance. I promise to give my all against Kwara United, so we can get the maximum points against my former team.
“Life at Kwara United wasn’t bad. I really enjoyed my stay in Ilorin. In life, we move forward and this is my life right now.
“In football, you experience different things in every club you play for, and I have to put everything in Ilorin behind me to focus on everything going on in Insurance”. Tamara told Sportsration in an interview.
Bendel Insurance are currently seventh on the NPFL log going into Matchday 9 while Kwara United are placed 15th on the log.
