Isaac Success Injury confirmed by Udinese
After scoring his first goal of the season, Nigeria and Udinese striker Isaac Success has suffered a muscle injury, Udinese confirmed.
The 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup winner is said to have hurt the rectus femoris of his right thigh during the game between Udinese and Cremonese.
This disappointment has shot-lived celebrations of his first goal of the season after 30 games. The forward scored the 3rd goal of the game for 9th placed Udinese.
“Udinese Calcio announces that the player Isaac Success , following the tests carried out, reported a muscle injury to the rectus femoris of the right thigh,” reads a statement on the club’s website.
This means, the 27-year old will miss the game against Lecce on April 28 .
Despite not scoring goals, manager Andrea Sottil has trusted Isaac Success in the starting XI but he will surely not be available this weekend.
