IWOBI RECEIVES PRAISE FROM A GREAT GOALSCORER
Former Liverpool forward, Micheal Owen claimed Iwobi showed great technique to score the goal vs Wolves.
Owen who was one of the greatest goalscorers of his generation praised the Nigerian midfielders positioning and technique.
“He did well, we picked him up here, actually coming from the right hand side and ended up taking more of a central position. He doesn’t vacate that and he just gets in behind defenders there,” Owen told Premier League Productions.
“I love the finish as well, the ball is actually behind him. He starts to move earlier from the right hand side and then finishes it right on the inside left channel.”
