Jay Jay Okocha spotted in Goddison park crowd as Iwobi scores vs Man United

Legendary Nigerian midfielder Austin Jay-Jay Okocha was in the stands at Goddison Park to watch Alex Iwobi score a beautiful goal in Everton’s 1-2 loss to Manchester United.

An evening that had in it many historic moments, Okocha was eulogized by the commentators immediately after his nephew stunned United with a goal worth it’s place in the Toffees history book.

His first goal of the 2022/2023 season , the goal was Everton’s 1500th English Premier League goal and one similar to Okocha’s stunning strikes during his days at Bolton Wanderers.

This time, Alex Iwobi was the Villian in the build-up. The Nigerian Midfielder was disposed by Casemiro who quickly set up Ronaldo for the match-winner.

A 2-1 loss for Alex Iwobi’s Everton to end their 7-game Unbeaten run in front of his Uncle who match commentators hailed as one of the most exciting Midfielders to have graced the English Premier League.
