John Ogu the hero for Hapoel Beer-Sheeva in Isreali Championship Play Off

Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu was the hero for Hapoel Beer-Sheva as he scored the only goal in their 1-0 home win against Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv in the Israeli Championship play- off clash on Sunday. 
In the game against Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv, Ogu scored in the 31st minute to give Hapoel Beer-Sheva a winning start. The goal was Ogu’s second after 20 league games this season.
The Championship play-off which comprises six teams – Hapoel Beer Sheva, Beitar Jerusalem, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Maccabi Netanya, Hapoel Haifa and Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv – will decide who emerges winners of this season’s league title.

The winners will qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League qualifiers while the second and third teams will progress into the Europa League qualifiers.
Hapoel Beer-Sheva are top on 60 points, just one point ahead. of second-placed Beitar Jerusalem.
