Mourinho signs Manchester United contract?

Jose Mourinho has reportedly put pen to paper on a deal that will see him acquire the Manchester United manager’s job at the end of the season.

Speculation that the Portuguese coach would take charge at Old Trafford has been rife ever since he was relieved of his duties by Chelsea in December.

However, up until this point, it is believed that the two parties had only reached a verbal agreement while a decision was made regarding the future of current United boss Louis van Gaal.

But, according to The Express, reports last week that Paris Saint-Germain had made contact with Mourinho regarding a move to the French capital forced the Red Devils board to act swiftly.

The report adds that the 20-time champions of England will confirm the 53-year-old’s appointment within the next two weeks.
