Jose Mourinho Supports Edoardo Bove After On-Field Collapse

Reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport revealed that Mourinho, who was visibly shaken by the incident, contacted Bove’s parents to check on his condition and send his well wishes.

The Portuguese manager has a close bond with Bove, having coached him during their time at Roma. Under Mourinho’s guidance, the young midfielder made 72 appearances, more than with any other coach in his career so far.

Bove collapsed early in the game, leading to immediate medical intervention and a temporary halt to the match. He was quickly taken to the hospital, where he thankfully regained consciousness and became responsive.
