Jose Mourinho welcomes back Nigerian defender who was linked with a move away

Portuguese manager, Jose Mourinho has welcomed back Nigerian defender Bright Osayi-Samuel who was linked with a move away from Fenerbahce.

Despite ongoing transfer rumours, Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel has resumed training with Fenerbahce.

After contributing to a strong finish for the Turkish Super Lig club last season, Osayi-Samuel has attracted interest from several clubs, particularly in England.

However, the winger was back with his team for training on Friday morning under the guidance of newly appointed coach Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho, the renowned Portuguese manager, was brought in at the end of last season to lead Fenerbahce into the upcoming season, including their campaign in the UEFA Champions League.
