Kane joins Shearer, Fowler & Henry on exclusive list
The England international hit four goals last night as Tottenham ran out 6-1 winners against Leicester – their biggest away in the Premier League.
His strikes has taken his league tally to 26 – two clear of nearest challenger Everton Romelu Lukaku in the race for the Golden Boot with one game remaining.
Kane has now scored seven times against Leicester, which is more than any other opponent he has faced.
And he equalled an impressive record in the process.
He became only the fifth player in top-flight history to score 25 goals or more in back-to-back seasons.
The other players to do were Robbie Fowler, Alan Shearer, Thierry Henry and Robin van Persie.
