Although he will start out in the academy, Ngenge already has experience at senior international level. He has played twice for Nigeria, making his debut against Senegal last year and later featuring in another match against Sudan.

Leeds see Ngenge as a player with strong potential and plan to develop him within their academy system. The club has continued to focus on identifying young talents who could progress to the first team in the future.

Ngenge is now set to begin a new chapter of his career as he continues his development at Elland Road.
