Lookman Praises Vinicius Junior After Champions League Game
Ademola Lookman, the Atalanta forward, has praised Real Madrid’s Vinicius Junior after their UEFA Champions League match on Tuesday. Real Madrid won 3-2 against Atalanta in Italy, securing an important victory after losing two previous matches to AC Milan and Liverpool.
The win lifted Real Madrid from 24th to 18th place in the UCL table as they fought for automatic qualification.
Lookman, who also scored for Atalanta, spoke highly of Vinicius after the match. He said, “He’s one of the top players in the world. He shows that consistently, in both the league and the Champions League. So, he’s definitely one of the best.”
Vinicius Junior has scored five goals in the Champions League this season and played a key role in helping Real Madrid secure the win. Lookman, on the other hand, increased his own Champions League goal count to three with his strike for Atalanta.
