Man Utd, Chelsea book Champions League places as Bournemouth, Watford relegated from Premier League
Manchester United and Chelsea have secured the last two Champions League places after win against Leicester City and Wolverhampton respectively.
Second half goals from Bruno Fernandes and Jesse Lingard sealed a 2-0 win for Manchester United against Leicester City.
While first goals from Mason Mount and Oliver Giroud did the magic for Chelsea as they secured a 2-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Both teams ended the season with identical points but United with a superior goal difference finished 3rd while Chelsea finished 4th.
