Mikel, Onuachu score as Nigerian players participate in European Club competitions
Fans and Nigerian players had mixed feelings about this midweek’s European football (Uefa Champions League and Europa League).
For Onuachu it was a dream come true although, his goal broke the heart of Manchester United fans globally, Mikel accepted that PSG’s first goal was his fault but optimistic his club can qualify for the next round.

Simon felt he could have done better has he was seen on camera explaining to his colleague on the bench what went wrong.

Brown Ideye fired blank again but was on the pitch for the entire game as his side lost to Imoh Ezekiel’s Anderlecht in Belgium. Imoh was an unused sub.
