Nasarawa United to face stern Rivers United test as Enyimba visits Plateau United in NPFL Matchday 29

Heartland, MFM to lock horns in Ilechukwu derby

Wikki Tourists will host Lobi Stars at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi in their NPFL Matchday 29 encounter. The game is set to kick off at 2:30 pm.

On Sunday June 27th, high-flying Nasarawa United will play host to Rivers United at the Lafia Township Stadium with both sides looking to pick up wins that would put them closer to the top of the table. The game kicks off by 4pm.

Enyimba will pay a visit to the New Jos Stadium to take on Plateau United in their NPFL Matchday 29 fixture. The People’s Elephant come into the game on the back of a one-nil win over city rivals, Abia Warriors in rescheduled fixture.

Heartland FC will host MFM FC in the Fidelis Ilechukwu derby at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri. Current Heartland manager Ilechukwu was in charge of MFM earlier in his career. MFM are the higher-ranked side of the two in the NPFL this season.

Katrina United will play host to the league’s leaders Akwa United at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium. Akwa United are on a 19 match unbeaten run and will be looking to extend their record with a win against the Changi Boys, who are just outside the relegation zone.

Jigawa Golden Stars will be boosted by their shock win over Kano Pillars last time out when they visit last-placed Adamawa United at the Pantami Stadium in Gombe.

Kano Pillars will be looking for an opportunity to close the gap with Akwa United at the top of the table when they face FC Ifeanyi Ubah at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.

Kwara United will play host to Sunshine Stars at the Kwara State Sports Complex. The Afonja Warriors will be looking to regain a foothold in the NPFL title race while the Akure Gunners will be looking to move away from their relegation troubles.

Abia Warriors will be looking to bounce back from defeat to Enyimba when they host Dakkada FC at the Okigwe Township Stadium in their NPFL Matchday 29 encounter.

Warri Wolves will play host to Rangers International FC at the Ozoro Poly Stadium in their NPFL Matchday 29 clash as they look to escape their relegation troubles in the NPFL.
