NBA announces 2025-26 All-Defensive Teams
The NBA has officially revealed the 2025-26 Kia All-Defensive Teams, with Victor Wembanyama, Rudy Gobert and Chet Holmgren leading the First Team selections.
The teams are packed with elite rim protectors, lockdown perimeter defenders, and young stars who completely changed games on the defensive end this season.
All-Defensive First Team
- Rudy Gobert: Minnesota Timberwolves
- Chet Holmgren: Oklahoma City Thunder
- Ausar Thompson: Detroit Pistons
- Victor Wembanyama: San Antonio Spurs
- Derrick White: Boston Celtics
Wembanyama continues to establish himself as one of the most dominant defenders in basketball, while Holmgren’s selection is Oklahoma City’s rise into one of the league’s best defensive teams.
All-Defensive Second Team
- Bam Adebayo: Miami Heat
- OG Anunoby: New York Knicks
- Scottie Barnes: Toronto Raptors
- Dyson Daniels: Atlanta Hawks
- Cason Wallace: Oklahoma City Thunder
