NBA Conference Semifinals: Suns take Game 3 against Nuggets as Celtics defeat Sixers

Phoenix Suns picked up their first win in the Western Conference semifinals when they defeated the Denver Nuggets 121-114 in Game 3 of the series to make it 2-1. Devin Booker led the scoring for the Suns with 47 points and Kevin Durant added 39 points in the game as both men shone on home court. Jamal Murray scored 32 points for the Nuggets, and Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double of 30 points, 17 rebounds and 17 assists in the game.

In the Eastern Conference semifinals, the Boston Celtics recorded a 114-102 win over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 3 to take a 2-1 lead in the series. Jayson Tatum led the scoring for the Celtics with 27 points and ten rebounds, and Jaylen Brown scored 23 points in the game. MVP Joel Embiid scored 30 points and 13 rebounds for the Sixers and James Harden scored 16 points and 11 assists.
