NBA Monday Round-Up: Nuggets Fall Late as Thunder and Pistons Keep Winning

Here is a summary of all the NBA action from Monday night, including results, key performances, and updated standings across both conferences.

The Denver Nuggets were beaten 130–127 by the Chicago Bulls after Nikola Jokic missed a shot on the buzzer that would have taken the game to overtime. Jokic still produced a brilliant performance, playing through a sprained wrist to record 36 points, 18 rebounds and 13 assists. The Bulls ended a five-game losing run thanks to a late three-pointer from Nikola Vucevic.

The Miami Heat edged out the New York Knicks 115–113, with Simone Fontecchio scoring 14 points and Pelle Larsson adding 13.

The Oklahoma City Thunder continued their excellent form with a 126–109 win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Isaiah Hartenstein stood out with 16 points, seven rebounds, six assists, four steals and a block.

The Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Dallas Mavericks 120–96. Rudy Gobert scored 15 points and Donte DiVincenzo added 14.

The Philadelphia 76ers claimed a narrow 110–108 win over the Los Angeles Clippers. Ivica Zubac recorded 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Clippers.

The Toronto Raptors defeated the Charlotte Hornets 110–108, with Jakob Poeltl scoring 13 points and Sandro Mamukelashvili adding seven.

The Detroit Pistons extended their winning run to ten straight games after beating the Indiana Pacers 127–112.
