NBA: Raptors extend streak, Heat rally past Grizzlies

The Toronto Raptors extended their winning streak after seeing off the hapless Philadelphia 76ers 96-76 in the NBA on Sunday.

DeMar DeRozan posted 25 points as the Raptors won their fourth successive game.

DeRozan has now scored at least 20 points in his last three outings.

Luis Scola contributed 22 points as the Raptors condemned the Sixers to a sixth consecutive defeat.

Jahlil Okafor was the pick of the Sixers players with 23 points and 14 rebounds in a double-double display.

The Miami Heat ended a three-game losing streak thanks to a 100-97 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

Miami had lost to the Indiana Pacers, Charlotte Hornets and Washington Wizards but the Heat returned to winning ways after scoring the final 11 points of the game.

Dwyane Wade had 14 points, including a jumper with 21.9 seconds left on the clock, while Chris Bosh scored 22 points.

The Grizzlies were led by Jeff Green and his 26 points.

Brandon Knight helped the Phoenix Suns past the Minnesota Timberwolves 108-101.

Knight made a career-high seven three-pointers and finished with 25 points as the Suns accounted for the visiting Timberwolves in Phoenix.

The Oklahoma City Thunder, meanwhile, edged the Utah Jazz 104-98 after overtime.
