NBA Recap: Bucks maintain winning start as 76ers, Raptors win
Nets, Jazz, Clippers all pick up wins
Milwaukee Bucks made it six wins from six as they eased past the Detroit Pistons 110-108 in their NBA encounter. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the scoring for the Bucks with 31 points as Jrue Holiday contributed 25 points and ten assists in the game. Cade Cunningham led the scoring for the Pistons with 27 points.
Brooklyn Nets defeated the Indiana Pacers 116-109 to pick up only their second win of the season. Kevin Durant led the scoring with 36 points, while Kyrie Irving scored 28 points for the Nets. Chris Duarte scored 30 points for the Pacers in the game.
Philadelphia 76ers claimed a 118-111 win over the Washington Wizards for their fourth win of the season in the NBA. Tyrese Maxey scored 28 points for the Sixers and James Harden contributed 23 points and 17 assists in the game. Kristaps Porzingis scored 32 points for the Wizards.
Sacramento Kings picked up their second win in succession with a 115-108 win over the Charlotte Hornets. Kevin Huerter scored 26 points and Davion Mitchell contributed 23 points for the Kings in the game. PJ Washington scored 28 points for the Hornets in the game.
Toronto Raptors defeated the Atlanta Hawks 139-109 in their NBA clash on Monday. Pascal Siakam led the scoring with a double-double of 31 points and 12 rebounds, as Precious Achiuwa scored ten points for the Raptors. Dejounte Murray scored 20 points for the Hawks in the game.
Utah Jazz picked up their sixth win of the season by defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 121-105 in their encounter on Monday. Lauri Markkanen scored 31 points and 11 rebounds for the Jazz in the game as Ja Morant contributed 37 points for the Grizzlies.
Los Angeles Clippers claimed a 95-93 win over the Houston Rockets to condemn them to a seventh defeat in eight games this season. Paul George scored 35 points as Ivica Zubac also contributed 16 points and 12 rebounds. Kenyon Martin Jr scored 23 points for the Rockets.
