The former Brooklyn Nets star scored 37 points to lead all scorers in the game, with Devin Booker also contributing 36 points and ten assists. Luka Doncic scored 34 points for the Mavericks in the game.
Los Angeles Lakers ensured that Steph Curry did not have a happy return from injury as they picked up a 113-105 win over the Golden State Warriors, ending their five-game win streak. Anthony Davis led the scoring in the game with 39 points and Austin Reaves contributed 16 points for the Lakers. Curry had 27 points for the Warriors in the game.

Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Orlando Magic 122-119 in their NBA encounter. Damian Lillard led the scoring with 41 points in the game, and Jerami Grant scored 20 points for the Trail Blazers. Paolo Banchero scored 26 points for the Magic.
