NBA Recap: Lakers defeat Wizards as Nets, Warriors win

Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Washington Wizards 119-117 in their NBA clash on Sunday to pick up their 13th win of the season. LeBron James led the scoring for the Lakers with 33 points and Lonnie Walker IV scored 21 points. Bradley Beal scored 29 points for the Wizards in the game.
Golden State Warriors arrested their slump after three consecutive NBA defeats when they defeated the Toronto Raptors 126-110. Jordan Poole scored 43 points and Klay Thompson scored 17 points for the Warriors. Pascal Siakam scored 27 points for the Raptors in the game.
Brooklyn Nets extended their fine run of form with a 124-121 win over the Detroit Pistons. Kevin Durant led the scoring for the Nets with 43 points and Kyrie Irving scored 38 points in the game. Bojan Bogdanovic scored 26 points for the Pistons in the game.
Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Chicago Bulls 150-126 to claim their 15th win of the NBA season. Anthony Edwards scored 37 points and 11 assists, and D’Angelo Russell scored 28 points in the game. DeMar DeRozan scored 29 points for the Bulls.
Denver Nuggets claimed a 119-115 win over the Charlotte Hornets as they claimed their 18th win of the season. Nikola Jokic led the scoring with a triple-double of 40 points, 27 rebounds and ten assists. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 20 points in the game. LaMelo Ball scored 31 points for the Hornets.
