Brooklyn Nets extended their winning streak to eight games with a 118-100 win over the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA on Friday. Kevin Durant led the scoring with 24 points and Nic Claxton scored 19 points for the Nets. Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 26 points and 13 rebounds for the Bucks in the game.
Orlando Magic defeated the San Antonio Spurs 133-113 to pick up their 13th win in the NBA this season. Cole Anthony led the scoring with 23 points and ten rebounds, and Franz Wagner scored 21 points. Keldon Johnson scored 17 points for the Spurs in the game.
Chicago Bulls claimed a 118-117 win over the New York Knicks in Friday’s NBA action. Zach LaVine led the scoring for the Bulls with 33 points and DeMar DeRozan scored 25 points and ten assists. RJ Barrett scored 44 points for the Knicks in the game.
Philadelphia 76ers defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 119-114 in the NBA on Friday. Joel Embiid led the scoring with 44 points and James Harden recorded a triple-double of 20 points, 11 rebounds and 21 assists. Kawhi Leonard scored 28 points for the Clippers.
Boston Celtics claimed a 121-109 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves to return to the summit of the Eastern Conference. Jayson Tatum led the scoring with 36 points and Jaylen Brown had 30 points in the game. Anthony Edwards scored 30 points for the Timberwolves.
Atlanta Hawks picked up a 130-105 win over the Detroit Pistons in the NBA on Friday. Trae Young scored 26 points and 13 assists as Dejounte Murray recorded 26 points in the game. Bojan Bogdanovic scored 23 points for the Pistons.
Toronto Raptors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 118-107 in their NBA clash. Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby each tallied 26 points for the Raptors and Darius Garland scored 17 points for the Cavaliers.
