NBA Wrap-up: Brooklyn Nets, Grizzlies, Bulls secure wins
Raptors, Nuggets, Rockets, Spurs all win
The Brooklyn Nets improved their record to 39-35 with a 110-95 win over the Miami Heat in their NBA clash on Saturday. Kevin Durant led the scoring for the Nets with 23 points and Seth Curry contributed another 17 points for the Nets in the game.
Chicago Bulls defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 98-94 to improve their record to 43-31 in the NBA. Zach LaVine led the scoring for the Bulls with 25 points and DeMar DeRozan contributed 20 points for the Bulls.
Memphis Grizzlies picked up a 127-102 win over the Milwaukee Bucks to improve their record to 52-23 in the NBA this season. De’Anthony Melton led the scoring for the Grizzlies with 24 points in the absence of scoring leader Ja Morant. Desmond Bane contributed 20 points and Dillon Brooks scored 19 points for the Grizzlies. Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers in the game with 30 points.
The Denver Nuggets picked up a 113-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in their NBA clash on Saturday. Nikola Jokic led the scoring in the game with 35 points and 12 rebounds, while Aaron Gordon contributed 20 points for the Nuggets.
The Houston Rockets picked up a 115-98 win over the Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA on Saturday. Alperen Sengun and Jalen Green contributed 27 and 25 points, respectively.
Toronto Raptors defeated the Indiana Pacers 131-91 in the NBA. Pascal Siakam scored 23 points and Scottie Barnes scored 19 points in the game. Precious Achiuwa contributed 18 points for the Raptors, too.
San Antonio Spurs defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 107-103. Keldon Johnson led the scoring for the Spurs with 21 points and Josh Richardson contributed 18 points for the Spurs in the game.
Sacramento Kings defeated the Orlando Magic 114-110 in overtime in their NBA clash. Davion Mitchell led the scoring for the Kings with 22 points and Harrison Barnes contributed 19 points for the Kings.
