Nigeria Vs Lesotho: Full-house for Super Eagles first training session
Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro had a full house for the first training session ahead of Nigeria’s World Cup qualification match vs Lesotho.
Twenty-three players were handed call-ups for the opening 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification games for Nigeria.
All twenty-three were present for the first training session on Tuesday, November 14 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
The session was behind closed-doors as Coach Peseiro and his crew explained tactics for the match to the players.
Nigeria will face Lesotho in a 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification matchday one fixture on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at the 30000 capacity Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
