Nigeria Vs Rwanda: Fifteen Super Eagles Stars Present for First Training Session

Fifteen Super Eagles players trained on Tuesday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, as they started getting ready for an important 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Rwanda.

The training was led by the team’s head coach, Eric Chelle.

Eight more players are expected to arrive at the camp on Wednesday.

Those expected include goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, Tolu Arokodare, Victor Osimhen, Christantus Uche, Ademola Lookman, Cyriel Dessers, Samuel Chukwueze, and Raphael Onyedika.

The Super Eagles will have another training session on Wednesday.

Nigeria will play against Rwanda in a matchday seven game at the same stadium in Uyo on Saturday.
