Nigerian striker in hot demand as Everton declare intention
Nigeria-eligible Luton Town striker, Elijah Adebayo looks set to stay in the English Premier League with interest from multiple clubs, but Everton have moved fast to declare intention.
Following the conclusion of 2023/2024 Premier League games, Everton is keen to sign Luton Town striker Elijah Adebayo this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
In the just concluded season, Elijah Adebayo scored 10 goals in 27 Premier League appearances for Luton Town but it was not enough to safe them from relegation to the English Championship.
The Nigerian striker proved a handful for Premier League defenders this season and so will be in hot demand when the transfer window is opened for business.
Per the reports, Everton manager, Sean Dyche is said to be an admirer of the big centre-forward.
Sean Dyche considers the 26-year-old as a key addition to his squad at Goodison Park.
Dyche wants to add more firepower to his team’s attack and give Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto more competition for the coming season.
