NNL Super 8: Kano Pillars off to winning start vs EFCC FC

Kano Pillars FC got their NNL Super 8 playoffs campaign off to a winning start with a 1-0 win over EFCC FC on Sunday morning in Asaba.

Williams Sunday scored the games only goal to secure maximum points for Kano Pillars FC who will book a return to the Nigeria Premier League with another victory.

The game was the first of the 2022/2023 Nigeria National League Super 8 playoffs and took place at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba on Sunday July 2.

Kano Pillars FC and EFCC are in a race with Katsina United FC and DMD FC for two Nigeria Premier League promotion slots from the Northern Conference.
