NPFL: Akwa United go second after win over Heartland

Akwa United moved second on the log after a 2-1 win over Heartland in an NPFL Matchday 10 rescheduled game, played at the Nest of Champions, Uyo on Tuesday.

The rain came down at halftime but couldn’t prevent Akwa Utd a match winner Haggai Katoh gratefully hammered home from three yards out after a poor clearance from Uche Odeh
Akwa United moved to second on the table with 22 points, one behind leaders Lobi Stars
