NPFL Transfer: Gombe United FC announce the signing of 12 new players
Ahead of the 2022/2023 NPFL season, Gombe United FC on Tuesday October 11, confirmed the signing of 12 new players.
The announcement via the clubs official Facebook page revealed listed all 12 who have since resumed training with the Savannah Scorpions.
Despite uncertainties over the kickoff date for the new NPFL season, Gombe United FC like other NPFL teams are working hard to be ready for action whenever the league commences.
Technical adviser Aliyu Zubairu will continue at the club. The former Wikki Tourist gaffer led Gombe United FC to promotion in the 2020/2021 season before supritending over a 8th place finish in the just concluded season.
Following the departure of Daniel Barnabas and some other players, the Savannah Scorpions have snapped up the following players;

7.Kehinde Adedipe – Shooting Stars -Midfielder
8.Amos Steven Doma United(Gombe) – Midfielder
9.Usman Ahmad Plateau United – Midfielder
10.Salisu Shuaibu Fc Zaki Mairiga(Gombe) – Midfielder
11.Ibrahim Hamisu Doma United(Gombe) – Defender
12.Ahmad Umar – Al-Nasr (Libya) – Defender
