NWFL Matchday Four Summary: Slim Wins and Strong Individual Performances

The Nigeria Women Football League Premiership produced an exciting set of games on Matchday Four, with big wins, close draws and strong individual performances across the country.
In Lagos, Robo Queens were in fine form as they beat Dannaz Ladies 5–1. Kemi Adegbuyi and Tosin Rafiu scored early to put Robo Queens in control. Augusta Chukwuma pulled one back for Dannaz Ladies in the 26th minute, but Opeyemi Ajakaiye scored twice to take charge of the match. Robiat Yusuf added a late goal to complete the win.
At the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja, Naija Ratels dropped a two-goal lead as Heartland Queens fought back for a 2–2 draw. Onu Markwell and Paulina Orshio scored in the first half for the hosts, but second-half goals from Emmanuella James and Faith Samson earned Heartland Queens a point.
Osun Babes and Remo Stars Ladies played out a goalless draw in Ile-Ogbo, with both teams cancelling each other out in a tight game.
In Benin City, Edo Queens continued their good start to the season with a 2–0 win over Adamawa Queens. Chioma Moses scored from the penalty spot just before half-time, and Atume Doosuur added a second goal in the 75th minute.
Rivers Angels claimed a narrow 1–0 victory over Ibom Angels in Port Harcourt, thanks to a goal from Ramotalahi Kareem in the 55th minute. In Yenagoa, Bayelsa Queens beat Pacesetters Queens 2–0. Blessing Ilivieda scored a penalty in the 17th minute, and Aminat Folorunsho added another before half-time.
There were more goalless draws in Lafia and Umuahia. Nasarawa Amazons and Abia Angels shared a 0–0 result, as did Ahudiyannem Queens and Sunshine Queens.
In the final game of the day in Asaba, Delta Queens defeated Confluence Queens 3–1. Destiny Itobore scored early for Delta Queens, while Seember Emmanuel equalised for the visitors just after the hour. Late goals from Tsebee Rita Seember and Amarachukwu Onuorah then sealed the win for the hosts.
